GoldPool does not roast into inventory. Customer orders are collected first, small-batch roasted against confirmed demand, and sealed immediately in premium one-way valve bags. Our roast is specifically engineered for online delivery—degassing effortlessly during its 7–10 day transit so your coffee opens to perfection right as it arrives at your door.
Why doesn't GoldPool Coffee use nitrogen-flushed packaging?
Commercial brands nitrogen-flush bags to artificially preserve coffee sitting in warehouses for 6 months. GoldPool is engineered differently.
In world barista competitions, elite coffees are intentionally rested for 10–14 days to unlock peak aromatic clarity. We roast to order and ship immediately—so your 7–10 day transit serves as this natural degassing window inside a one-way valve bag.

How do subscriptions work? Can I staggered my deliveries?
GoldPool Coffee delivers 2 staggered shipments per month (1st & 3rd Monday roasts) billed per bag at $34.95 ($34.95 x 2 = ~$70/mo total) with free shipping included within the United States. Every 12oz bag provides approx. 19 cups, perfectly calibrated so Bag #2 arrives right as Bag #1 ends.
You can manage deliveries, change frequencies, or cancel easily through the Customer Portal at any time.
How does supporting a creator work? Does it cost me more?
No, you pay the same price. Selecting a creator simply directs funding directly to that creator.
The whole point of GoldPool is to redirect money that would normally disappear into traditional corporate advertising toward people who actually create something worth watching or reading. You get fresh coffee, they get paid, and everybody wins.
What is the 14-Day Delivery Guarantee?
Taste is personal—even when we are obviously right. Because each bag is roasted to order, we cannot provide refunds based solely on personal preference.
However, we fully stand behind the delivery. If your coffee is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is materially incorrect, contact support@goldpool.coffee within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Where is the coffee sourced and roasted?
GoldPool sources green coffee beans directly, banking them in climate-controlled storage until ready for roasting.
Our master roasting facility and in-house fulfillment center are based in Montana 🏔️, where custom roast profiles are developed and shipped directly to members across the country.
How should I brew and store the coffee?
Grind the beans immediately before brewing. Espresso, drip, pour-over, French press—brew it the way you genuinely enjoy it. We are coffee perfectionists, not coffee police.
Store the sealed bag somewhere cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight. Do not put it in the refrigerator, and do not leave it beside the oven.
I’m a creator. How can I join?
GoldPool Coffee is operated by the GoldPool Creator Network, an infrastructure company building the trust layer between brands and creators. The wider platform is currently in private beta.
If you're a creator, email support@goldpool.coffee and tell us a little about your content. Approved creators receive the coffee before being asked to promote it, along with a profile that customers can select.
How do Special Reserve Micro-Lot selections work?
Special Reserve micro-lots are mystery releases! To keep each drop exciting, the harvest origin and 4-roast profile set remain a secret until your package arrives. Priority Reserve members gain automatic entry into the fair lottery. Once a batch is shipped, it is archived on our public website for SEO.
What happens if I'm not selected in the Priority Reserve lottery?
Because micro-lots are strictly capped small batches, if you are not selected in the lottery draw, you are charged nothing extra and your fresh Signature Blend ships as normal with zero disruption.
Do Reserve Micro-Lots carry an extra upgrade fee?
Because micro-lot harvests vary in rarity and farm production costs, Priority Reserve lottery wins feature a flat +$10 upgrade fee ($44.95 total for a 4x3oz Explorer Pack). If you do not win the draw, you pay $0 extra and your fresh Signature Blend ships as normal.
How do Single (1 Bag) vs. Family Double (2 Bags) membership switches work?
You can switch between Single (1 Bag / dispatch @ $34.95) and Family Double (2 Bags / dispatch @ $69.90) anytime in My Coffee Hub. Upgrades take effect immediately for the next batch, while downgrades smoothly transition after your active paid 2-bag cycle completes.
What is the bi-monthly roasting schedule & Sunday cut-off deadline?
We batch roast twice a month on the 1st & 14th of each month (1st & 3rd Monday roasts). Every roast has a Sunday 11:59 PM EST Lock-In Cut-Off:

Yes! You can pause or skip an upcoming shipment at zero cost directly inside My Coffee Hub before the Sunday cut-off. If you cancel, your current paid shipment still delivers, and all future renewals are deactivated immediately with no hidden fees or penalties.
