How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
This is the single most important thing you need to know: almost all coffee you buy elsewhere is stale and terrible (allegedly 😉). Big brands warehouse their beans for months before they ever hit a shelf. We don't warehouse our beans at all. Your coffee is roasted, sealed in a premium degassing valve bag, and packed on the exact same day you place your order. It is literally as fresh as physically possible.
Why do you only sell one type of roast?
Because choice paralysis is exhausting, and we only want to sell exceptional coffee. We tasted hundreds of beans from around the world. This high-altitude Single-Origin Peru was the undisputed winner. We focus entirely on perfection. It's that simple.
Do you sell K-Cups, ground coffee, or decaf?
BLASPHEMY. That is a hard no. We only sell whole bean, fully caffeinated, freshly roasted perfection. If you want stale pre-ground dust or plastic pods, go to a supermarket.
When will my coffee be delivered?
We process all orders in weekly cycles. Your beans are roasted and packaged fresh every Monday, and shipped out that exact same day! Expect delivery within 5 days of the roast date via USPS with full tracking.
How do the subscriptions work?
If you subscribe, you get an extra 10% discount on every bag on top of your 10% creator discount! Our goal isn't to make massive margins on coffee—our goal is to prove the power of the GoldPool network and maximize the payout to the creator. Your subscription bag will be queued into our Monday roast cycle each month, guaranteeing maximum freshness. If you just want to test the waters, grab a one-time bag to prove to yourself we are the best.
Why is there a 3-month minimum on subscriptions?
Because we aren't a massive corporate conglomerate, and we literally lose money if you "subscribe and immediately cancel" just to get the extra 10% discount. We give that discount out of our own pockets to reward real fans who want fresh coffee every month, while ensuring the creator gets their full 10% commission. The 3-month minimum simply protects us from people trying to game the system, ensuring the business stays sustainable and the creators keep getting paid. We aren't trying to be jerks—we're just being completely transparent about the math!
What is your refund policy?
Because our coffee is a perishable, roasted-to-order product, we strictly do not accept returns on roasted beans. We aren't trying to be jerks—we simply sell at cost to maximize the creator's payout, which means we can't eat the cost of free taste-tests. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@goldpool.biz within 14 days and we will immediately make it right. We hold all funds during this 14-day transit window to handle any physical shipping issues up front. Once that window clears, the creator gets paid—meaning they are 100% protected from unpredictable chargebacks and clawbacks.
