Welcome to GoldPool Coffee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and GoldPool Coffee ("GoldPool", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of goldpool.coffee (the "Website"), member dashboards, and all coffee products and subscription services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, selecting an active creator partner, submitting payment information, or receiving fresh roast shipments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our Services.
GoldPool Coffee operates an artisan, roasted-to-order membership designed around optimal bean degassing and consumption cycles:
- Bi-Monthly Staggered Dispatches: To eliminate stale coffee sitting on countertops, standard memberships dispatch one freshly roasted 12oz bag every 14 days (roasted on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month).
- Roast-to-Order Sunday Cutoffs: Orders finalized before Sunday at midnight EST enter Monday roasting production. Orders received after cutoff are scheduled for the next immediate bi-monthly roast cycle.
- Free Nationwide Shipping: All domestic shipments across the United States are provided with zero shipping surcharges.
Degassing & Peak Flavor Window
Freshly roasted beans produce natural CO₂ gas. Our sealed, one-way degassing valve bags allow beans to naturally rest during transit, arriving at your doorstep around Day 10 post-roast right at peak flavor maturity (Days 10–24).
GoldPool Coffee is built on transparent creator support:
- Creator Selection at Checkout: Every member selects a creator partner to receive 10% recurring revenue share from their coffee subscription.
- Member Dashboard Switching: Members have complete freedom to switch or change their supported creator partner at any time directly inside their member dashboard.
- 10% Recurring Pledge: We route 10% of monthly membership revenue to the creator designated by the member on each active billing cycle.
Because specialty whole bean coffee is a freshly roasted, perishable commodity engineered for peak consumption, we do not accept returns based on subjective taste preferences.
The 14-Day Delivery Guarantee: If your package is damaged in transit, lost by the carrier, or compromised upon arrival, notify us at support@goldpool.coffee within 14 calendar days of your scheduled dispatch date. We will immediately expedite a fresh replacement bag or issue a full credit.
Title & Risk of Loss: Items purchased from GoldPool are delivered pursuant to a standard shipment contract. Risk of loss and title transfer upon delivery of sealed pouches to the carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS).
Active members retain complete autonomy over their subscription with zero hidden fees or cancellation penalties:
- Self-Service Cancellation: You may pause, adjust shipment frequency, or cancel your membership anytime with just a few clicks inside your My Coffee dashboard.
- Sunday Cutoff Adjustments: Members can adjust grind profiles, roast styles, or add one-off Signature bags ($34.95/bag with zero shipping costs) anytime prior to Sunday midnight batch cutoffs.
- Fulfillment of Current Cycle: Upon cancellation, any active paid dispatch cycle will still be roasted and delivered at peak freshness, after which all recurring billing ceases immediately.
All trademarks, logos, roast profile formulas, custom packaging dielines, tasting cards, and Website source code are the exclusive intellectual property of GoldPool.biz. Verified creator partners are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to display official GoldPool assets solely in connection with promoting their genuine member participation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLDPOOL COFFEE, GOLDPOOL.BIZ LLC, AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CREATOR PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GOLDPOOL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoldPool.biz and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association.
