How does the recurring membership and billing work?
GoldPool is a bi-monthly recurring membership with staggered dispatches. You can adjust your volume, pause shipments, or cancel anytime with just a few clicks in your member dashboard.
What is Staggered Delivery and why 2 shipments per month?
Instead of shipping all your monthly coffee at once (where beans sit and lose peak freshness), we roast on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month and dispatch 1 bag every 14 days. Your next bag arrives right as your previous bag reaches the end of its peak freshness window!
What sizes and plans are available?
We offer three flexible volume tiers: Signature 1-Bag (1 bag every 14 days = 2 bags/mo for 1 daily drinker), Signature Duo (2 bags every 14 days = 4 bags/mo for couples/families), and Studio Plans (4+ bags per cycle for creative studios & workplaces).
How do I unlock Special Reserve micro-lots (Tenure)?
After completing 3 consecutive months of active Signature membership, you unlock exclusive Reserve Tenure status. This gives you the option to receive rare Special Reserve micro-lots alternating with Signature blends.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime with just a few clicks in your My Coffee portal. You can pause 1 month at a time (and extend indefinitely) whenever you need. If you cancel, your current paid cycle's fresh bags will still be roasted and dispatched as scheduled, after which your membership simply ends with zero further billing.
When will my first coffee shipment arrive?
If you order before our Sunday 11:59 PM EST cutoff, your coffee is roasted on the upcoming Monday, bagged immediately in sealed valve bags, and dispatched via USPS Priority for arrival on Day 10 right at peak flavor.
Where and how is GoldPool Coffee roasted?
All coffee is small-batch roasted to order at our master roasting facility, sourcing top-tier specialty green coffee imports to ensure maximum bean vitality.
What does the Signature Blend taste like?
Formulated for dependable morning balance 365 days a year. It features a rich dark chocolate body, caramelized roasted almond sweetness, and a clean golden honey finish that performs brilliantly across pour-over, drip, French press, and espresso.
What is the 10-day Degassing Maturation rule?
Freshly roasted coffee releases volatile CO2 gas rapidly during the first 7 to 9 days post-roast. Brewing on Day 1 causes harsh extraction. Transit time inside sealed one-way valve bags serves as natural degassing, arriving at your door on Day 10 right as peak aromatics open up.
Do you ship whole bean or pre-ground?
We ship 100% whole beans in sealed, one-way degassing valve bags to protect natural aromatics. Grinding immediately before brewing produces the cleanest, sweetest extraction and prevents premature oxidation.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep your beans in the original sealed valve bag in a cool, dark pantry away from heat and moisture. Avoid refrigeration or freezing daily coffee, as humidity causes rapid flavor degradation.
Are GoldPool beans ethically and sustainably sourced?
Yes. We pay direct farm-gate specialty premiums far above fair-trade minimums to high-altitude partner farms in Colombia, Guatemala, and Brazil.
Does supporting a creator increase the price of my coffee?
Not a single penny! You pay standard membership rates, and GoldPool allocates a sustainable revenue share directly to your chosen creator at 0% added cost to you.
Why does GoldPool require choosing a creator before checkout?
Instead of spending millions on corporate ad agencies and middlemen (which inflates coffee prices), GoldPool operates on lean margins and uses an affiliate model to channel marketing dollars directly to independent creators who fuel our community.
How do creators receive their payouts?

Yes! You can easily update your supported creator anytime from your My Coffee dashboard before your next billing cycle.
