At GoldPool Coffee, we collect only the straightforward information needed to fulfill your coffee orders and manage your membership:

• Contact & Shipping Details: Your name, email address, and physical shipping address so we can roast, pack, and ship your coffee to your door.
• Order & Subscription Preferences: Your selected plan (Signature, Duo, or Studio), dispatch frequency, and your chosen creator attribution.

Your information is used strictly to fulfill your coffee orders:

• Roasting, packaging, and shipping your coffee on our bi-monthly schedule.
• Attributing creator partner support from your membership.
• Sending order confirmations and tracking updates.

When you select a creator partner at checkout, your membership attributes 10% direct revenue support to that creator. We may share your name (or member display name) with your chosen creator so they know who is supporting their craft.

We never share your private payment details, credit card numbers, or full billing information with creators.

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe:

• No Stored Card Numbers: GoldPool never sees or stores your raw credit card number or CVV code.
• Secure Billing: Stripe handles all encryption and PCI-compliant processing directly.

We share data only with the essential service providers required to run our coffee operations:

• Shipping & Logistics: USPS and UPS to deliver your fresh roast coffee orders.
• Payment Processing: Stripe for secure, encrypted payment and subscription billing.
• Transactional Email: Amazon SES (AWS) for order receipts and roast dispatch notifications.

We use cookies and standard browser local storage strictly for operational and analytical purposes:

• Essential Session Cookies: Secure authentication tokens (coffee_session) that maintain your active subscriber login and protect checkout transactions.
• Creator Attribution Storage: Temporary browser storage to remember which creator referred you, guaranteeing their 10% recurring commission on roast dispatches.
• Aggregated Performance Analytics: Privacy-first analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP Anonymization enabled) to monitor site uptime, page load speeds, and popular content. We do not sell your browsing data or share personal tracking across third-party ad networks.

You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent; however, essential cookies are required for member portal access and checkout.

You can update your shipping address, change your subscription, or request account deletion at any time by contacting our team.
